*All payments are final and non-refundable.  Please ensure you have read all the terms and conditions before you submit payment.  Registration closes July 31st.

*Rules of engagement:

• 8 teams per age group.
• 40 play guarantee.
• Each field is 35 yards (25 yards plus end zone)
• Only 2 coaches for each team allowed on the field.
• Self-officiating games; please respect the calls.
• Each scrimmage will consist of 10 offensive plays for each team.
• No special teams.
• No seeding or placing; Games will be pool play scrimmages.
• Each team must submit a roster.  Rosters must be submitted by August 8th and can be uploaded to: eliteyouthsportsacademy.org/Jamboree (link below)

*Code of Conduct: The Ideology Of Youth Sports Including This Program Is To Promote Good Understanding And Fundamental Knowledge Of The  Sport. It Is Also Critical That Good Sportsmanship Including The Ability To Always Conduct Oneself In An Appropriate Manner Of Positive Accord Both On And Off The Field. It Is Understood That Any Incident Considered Detrimental To The Pursuit Of This  Ideology Will Not Be Tolerated. It Will Be Addressed In Accordance With The Statutes Of The Organization, Conference, Current  National Affiliation, State and Local Laws, And May Result In Dismissal From The Program And The Inability To Participate In Any Future Related Activities Of The Organization. This Code Of Conduct Applies To All Involved With The Program Including But  Not Limited To, The Players, Cheerleaders, Spirit Participants, Parents And Guardians.  

 *I grant full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
